Gravity Tips

Professionally I am a Rolf Technician. The central focus of this peerless and definitive approach to human health and well being originated by Dr. Ida P. Rolf is to align the human structure to cooperate and take advantage of the force of Gravity.

So, I sort of know a thing or two to share about Gravity. Of course, the multiple session Rolf Process is the crown jewel. But, for those who may not want to, or are not ready, there are things you can do to make peace with earth's energy field.

In this article I will share some tips on how you — yes, you! — can get with the program. Gravity is an uneluctable fact. We must deal with. Hey! How ya doin'?

In case you think this is not significant, just let me make it clear Gravity is the single most potent physical force we have to deal with. To leave it to chance, or not become conscious how your body is relating to this constant and ever present force, is to invite limitation; and later, complications. 

Most people are in an unconscious battle with the downward pull of Gravity. Dr. Rolf put it succinctly: Some individuals may perceive their losing fight with gravity as a sharp pain in their back, others as the unflattering contour of their body, others as constant fatigue, yet others as an unrelentingly threatening environment.  Those over forty may call it old age.  And yet all these signals may be pointing to a single problem so prominent in their own structure, as well as others, that it has been ignored: they are off balance, they are at war with gravity.

The Rolf Process gracefully and gradually transforms the average randomly imbalanced body structure to become effortlessly upright, easy, level and even. That is, in fact, the natural design for the human body. Just like it is for any structure on Earth.
